Initiate Request
Log into your account, navigate to the 'My Orders' section, and select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack the Items
Ensure the apparel is unworn, unwashed, and has all original tags attached before placing it back in its original packaging.
Handover to Courier
A pickup will be scheduled within 24-48 hours; please hand over the sealed package to our authorized logistics partner.
Quality Check & Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the garment, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
